Harriet Tubman residence, South Street, Fleming, New York, near the Auburn line. Tubman's home provided refuge to scores of homeless, sick, and needy men, women and children during the last fifty years of her life.

In 1915, through the efforts of friends and family, and Mary Talbert of the Empire State Federation of Women’s Clubs, a monument, designed by a Mrs. Jackson Stewart of New York, was placed on Tubman’s grave. This monument was replaced by the current monument in 1938.

Grave site of Harriet Tubman's second husband, Nelson Davis, Fort Hill Cemetery, Auburn, New York. Davis is thought to be buried next to Tubman's nephew, John Isaac Stewart, though no marker remains.

Interior of Thompson Memorial AME Zion Church on Parker Street, Auburn, NY. Tubman helped raise funds to build this church in 1891. She attended services here during the last twenty years of her life. This mural was discovered during recent and ongoing renovation work at the church.
